Throughout my career in law enforcement, private investigations, and process serving, I learned that preparation, discipline, teamwork, and integrity are what separate average employees from exceptional professionals.
During my law enforcement career, I had the privilege of serving in assignments including patrol operations, undercover narcotics investigations, SWAT, criminal investigations, and homicide investigations. Those assignments required constant situational awareness, disciplined decision-making under pressure, physical readiness, and unwavering commitment to protecting others.
The lessons I learned throughout my career became the foundation upon which Heroes for Hire was built.
While we are not law enforcement officers, we are public safety professionals entrusted with protecting our clients, their employees, their property, and their communities.
I expect every member of this organization to conduct themselves with professionalism, maintain the highest ethical standards, remain physically prepared for duty, and never stop learning.

Founder & President
Eulalio Cortez III is the Founder and President of Heroes for Hire, LLC. His career spans more than two decades in public safety, law enforcement, private investigations, and security operations.
Throughout his law enforcement career, he served in assignments that included patrol operations, undercover narcotics investigations, SWAT, criminal investigations, and homicide investigations. These assignments required exceptional situational awareness, teamwork, critical thinking, tactical decision-making, and a commitment to protecting the community under demanding conditions.
Following his law enforcement career, he continued serving the public as a licensed private investigator and process server, conducting criminal and civil investigations, surveillance operations, background investigations, fraud investigations, detailed case documentation, and professional service of legal documents.
His leadership philosophy is based on accountability, professionalism, physical readiness, ethical decision-making, continuous training, and servant leadership.
He founded Heroes for Hire to develop highly trained private security professionals who are respected by clients, trusted by their communities, and prepared to respond professionally to any situation within the scope of their authority.

Most security companies are staffed by administrators. Heroes for Hire is led by a former Deputy Sheriff and county investigator who has worked the cases, served the warrants, and testified to the results.

Fitness for Duty
Heroes for Hire believes physical readiness is an essential component of officer safety and professional performance.
Every officer is expected to maintain the physical ability necessary to safely perform the essential duties of their assignment.
Armed officers shall successfully complete a semiannual Physical Readiness Assessment. Unarmed officers shall complete an annual Fitness-for-Duty Assessment appropriate to their assigned responsibilities.

Employee Commitment

Failure to comply with company policies may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
